What should I do if I have not received my reports at the expected time?

There may be a number of reasons why you have not received your report at the expected time, including:

  • The report is incomplete at the radiology clinic where you had your scans
  • The default delay period set by your radiology clinic is still pending


If you believe your report should be available by now, please contact us and if possible, we will release your reports.
